Facets.cloud helps technology companies drastically cut down on the time and investment required to build and maintain their own Internal Developer Platform (IDP). Facets IDP provides a user interface for developers to catalog everything that is part of their application architecture, including code artifacts, infrastructure, schemas, and policies. This catalog can subsequently be used to create desired environments on cloud providers like AWS, Azure, and GCP. Facets IDP can be self-hosted, built on open architecture, and fully customizable for enterprise needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to clients using Facets Platform, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues related to Terraform, Kubernetes, and other infrastructure components.
• Assist customers in understanding and adopting Facets solutions.
• Study customer environments and architectures to map them effectively to Facets.
• Document support cases, solutions, and best practices for both internal teams and clients.
• Collaborate with the development team to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
• Contribute to enhancing the developer experience by bringing customer feedback into the product.
• Provide training and onboarding support to new customers.
• Engage with clients across varied domains, gaining exposure to different customer setups.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Terraform and Kubernetes is a must.
• Excellent debugging skills with an eye for identifying root causes of issues.
• Familiarity with deployment tools, observability platforms, and enterprise-scale security and compliance processes is a plus.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language like Python, Go, or Java is a plus.
• 1+ years of experience as a Support Engineer, Cloud Engineer, or DevOps Engineer.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with clients.
• Ability to understand complex customer environments and provide effective solutions.
