The Role
We’re looking for a proactive Freelance Accountant who can keep our financial operations running smoothly as we scale in the US market. You’ll own our day-to-day bookkeeping, financial reporting, and compliance processes — and help us build a solid foundation for future growth.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing bookkeeping and producing financial reports (US GAAP)
• Performing bank reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll preparation (Gusto)
• Supporting federal and state tax filings
• Preparing monthly reporting for the Founder
• Maintaining accurate records in ZohoBooks, Ramp, SVB, Excel, and Google Sheets

What We’re Looking For

Must-have skills & experience:

• Proven experience with US GAAP, ZohoBooks, and Excel
• Previous work in a startup or fast-paced environment
• Excellent command of English (native or business level)
• Strong self-management and remote work skills

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with international company structures, taxes, and controlling
• CPA, accounting certification, or equivalent
