Role Summary: As a General Partner at xCelero Labs, you will own and operate one of our future-defining verticals—from Civilization Architecture to DeFi, from Cultural Futurism to Space & Frontier Science. You will act as a founder-operator hybrid, leading the end-to-end creation of ProtoCos and spinouts that emerge from your studio. Your role is central to xCelero’s mission: transforming bold ideas into scalable, capital-ready enterprises that shape the next era of civilization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead 0→1→n venture creation in your studio domain
• Recruit and mentor technical and executive talent to co-found spinouts
• Define strategic venture theses and prototypes across your studio
• Partner with Labs, ecosystem nodes, and global collaborators
• Lead investor narratives and capital raises via SPVs
• Join governance on key ventures and oversee portfolio health

Qualifications:

1. Exited founder, domain specialist, or technologist with deep vertical fluency
2. 7–10+ years leading product, research, or venture operations
3. Proven ability to build teams, raise capital, and scale bold concepts
4. High agency, vision-aligned, and driven to shape systems—not just startups
