We help fashion lovers seeking style, simplicity, and substance transform their closets, make confident decisions, and express their identity – modestly or boldly – while encouraging sustainable self-expression globally.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Social Media intern to work directly with the Founder. This is a flexible, async-friendly support role ideal for someone who’s detail-oriented and proactive.

This is not your typical "coffee run" internship. You’ll help with email marketing, content/ad planning, and reorganizing the previous marketing work.

What You’ll Do

You’ll support executional tasks, including but not limited to:

• Content Creation: You will be the 'face' of our brand's social media, creating, scheduling, and publishing content across email and social media (optional)

• Campaign Execution: Organize timelines, prep materials, set up assets

• Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and mentions

• Analytics & Reporting: Track performance metrics and prepare simple reports

• Partnership Support: Help research, coordinate, and maintain outreach records

• Asset & Calendar Management: Keep our marketing assets and content calendars organized across Milanote, Google Drive, etc.

You’ll work async with optional daily check-ins and weekly goals, with room for creative input when possible.

You’re a Good Fit If You:

• Have a genuine interest in fashion or tech

• Are organized, dependable, and love making things run smoothly

• Feel right at home in front of a camera, as well as behind it

• Know your way around Google Workspace, Canva, or similar tools, and can learn new tools quickly

• Have strong writing skills and brand sensitivity

• Are eager to grow, contribute ideas, and gain real marketing experience

• Can dedicate ~10–15 hours/week and communicate proactively
