About the Role:

As a Backend Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying robust backend systems to support complex data capture, processing, and analytics. You will work closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable and maintainable backend architectures that drive business insights and operations.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js and NestJS.
• Architect data pipelines and systems for efficient data capture, transformation, and reporting.
• Deploy backend applications on Azure App Service, utilizing GitHub, CI/CD DevOps pipelines, and infrastructure tools.
• Collaborate with product and business teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure high performance, reliability, and maintainability of backend systems.
• Implement security best practices and ensure compliance in backend service design.
• Maintain thorough documentation and conduct regular code reviews for quality assurance.

Required Experience:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in backend development.
• Expertise in Node.js and NestJS for building scalable APIs and microservices.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, database design (SQL/NoSQL), and data architecture.
• Experience with deploying and maintaining applications on Azure App Service.
• Familiarity with GitHub, DevOps pipelines, and CI/CD practices.
• Proven experience working on data-intensive or analytics-driven applications.
• 4-5 years of experience in a client-facing or business stakeholder environment, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Domain experience in real estate is a plus but not mandatory.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with changing priorities.
• Candidates located in Pune or open to relocating to Pune are preferred.
