Regional Livestreaming Execution Lead, Global E-commerce

We are looking for a strategic and operations-savvy Regional Livestream Execution Lead to oversee regional livestream execution across AI Avatar and Real Human formats for AnyLive business. This role is not focused on direct execution but rather on providing strategic oversight, training guidance, cross-market coordination, and technical alignment. You will play a crucial role in bridging local teams, production, and tech to ensure smooth, scalable livestream delivery.

What You'll Do

Livestream execution oversight

• Lead the regional livestream execution calendar across markets (AI + real human)
• Ensure alignment between content, script, talent, and tech capabilities
• Coordinate with Tech & Production teams to ensure readiness of avatar bank, livestream PC setup, and software usage
• Act as a key liaison to resolve regional blockers (talent, tech, material, or
  vendor-related)

Script, Training & Quality Assurance

• Review and approve live stream script frameworks (minimum 3 scripts per month per brand)
• Guide local teams on tone, promo placement, and key messaging across categories
• Ensure close-up visuals and graphics meet brand and platform standards
• Train or guide local TTS/AMs on livestream SOPs, avatar/live process, and quality expectations

Data Monitoring & Optimization

• Monitor key livestream metrics across regions (GMV, views, ROAS, conversion)
• Lead monthly performance reviews with internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborate with Tech/Data teams on optimization strategies and A/B testing
• Ensure performance feedback is looped into script and scheduling planning

Coordination & Vendor Management

• Oversee coordination with local vendors (KOLs, studios, editors) for regional shoots
• Support negotiation and follow-up on external production/talent payments
• Ensure all vendors deliver based on timeline and quality requirements
• Track cost-effectiveness of shoots and external involvement

Who You Are

• 3+ years experience in livestream, eCommerce, digital content, or regional operations
• Fluent in both Chinese (Mandarin) and English (written and spoken) – strong communication skills are essential
• Strong project manager with cross-functional team coordination experience
• Good understanding of livestream platforms (TikTok Shop, Shopee, Amazon)
• Strong problem-solver with a strategic mindset and a passion for e-commerce
• Excellent coordination skills, able to facilitate collaboration between different teams across markets
• Comfortable with multi-country team communication (SEA language or Japanese a plus)
