Software Engineer

As a Software Engineer, you are a core partner in the product team, shaping not just how we build, but what we build. Your mission is to solve meaningful customer problems, turn ideas into production-ready software, and leverage modern AI-native development practices to amplify your impact as an engineer.

You will join a culture of radical end-to-end ownership, where teams deploy to production dozens of times a day. Leveraging a modern technology stack alongside AI-powered development tools, you will build, experiment, and iterate quickly—turning complex technical challenges into products that deliver real customer value.

Key Responsibilities

AI-Native Software Development: AI is part of how we build software. You will leverage modern AI tools and agentic workflows as part of your daily development process to accelerate implementation, improve code quality, automate repetitive work, and explore technical solutions faster—while applying strong engineering judgment every step of the way.

Builder Mentality: You don't wait for perfect specifications. You take ideas, challenge assumptions, build prototypes when needed, iterate quickly, and turn ambiguous problems into elegant, production-ready solutions.

End-to-End Ownership: Own your features from idea to production. You build it, you ship it, you monitor it, and continuously improve it—taking full ownership of both customer impact and technical quality.

Product Partnership: Partner closely with Product Managers, Designers, and fellow engineers throughout discovery and delivery. Your technical insights will help shape product decisions before a single line of code is written.

Your Experience & Qualifications

Must Haves

• 5+ years of software development experience building production-grade software.
• Strong experience with modern backend and/or frontend technologies in large-scale production environments.
• Proven track record of owning features or services from design through production.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI-powered development tools (such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar) as part of your daily engineering workflow.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals, including system design, testing, code reviews, and CI/CD.
• Experience working closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
