The Role

We’re looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team on a with earnings directly tied to sales performance. This is an opportunity to sell in-demand web accessibility products and services to businesses of all sizes. With no earnings cap, your income is directly tied to your performance—the more you sell, the more you earn.

Commission Structure

We offer a competitive, performance-based commission structure with no earning limits:

• 10% Commission on all sales up to $50,000 per month
• 15% Commission on all sales between $50,000 and $100,000 per month
• 20% Commission on all sales exceeding $100,000 per month

In addition, we offer performance bonuses for achieving sales milestones and exceptional deal closures.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and reach out to potential clients (B2B sales).
• Educate businesses on the importance of web accessibility and compliance.
• Close deals and build lasting client relationships.
• Work independently while leveraging our support and resources.

Who You Are
