💰 Stipend & Benefits:

• Full-Time: ₹3,000 to ₹5,000/month + PPO
• Part-Time: Bonus based Compensation Only + Certificate + PPO

Role & Responsibilities

• 🔍 Source and screen candidates for various roles across departments
• 📞 Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
• 📅 Schedule and manage interviews with shortlisted candidates
• ✍️ Draft job descriptions and manage job postings on multiple platforms
• 🤝 Support onboarding processes to ensure smooth candidate transitions
• 🌟 Help build an engaging, positive work culture through employee engagement initiatives

Who Can Apply?

• ✅ Students or recent graduates in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
• ✅ Excellent communication and people management skills
• ✅ Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment
• ✅ Tech-savvy with knowledge of recruitment platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala, etc. (preferred)
