Our Team:

We are seeking a results-driven Technical Lead to join our core technology team. In this role, you will design and build next-generation products used by our customers, architect solutions to support both technical and business initiatives, and play a critical role in shaping the future of our platform. What You’ll Do:

Own & Operate: Lead the operation of high-scale cloud-based systems and services, providing technical leadership across all aspects of the product.
End-to-End Ownership: Take full ownership of the design and implementation of core product features and key technical initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Designers, Product Managers, and Engineers to manage, design, and execute the delivery of software products.
Business & R&D Alignment: Help translate business requirements into R&D tasks, ensuring alignment between the technical team and business objectives.
Roadmap & Deliverables: Collaborate with business groups (Product, Growth, Marketing) to outline the high-level to low-level technology roadmap and project deliverables.
Process Tailoring: Adapt processes to efficiently manage time-sensitive issues, ensuring swift resolutions.
Mentorship & Growth: Lead and manage a team of talented technologists, providing regular mentorship to help them grow professionally.
What You’ll Need:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field with 10+ years of experience in software engineering.
Proven track record of end-to-end delivery of enterprise-grade, distributed software systems.
Strong technology acumen, with deep knowledge of software engineering processes, design patterns, and architectural principles.
Expertise in Message/Event-driven architecture and building distributed systems.
Project management skills to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of solutions.
Attention to detail and the ability to work effectively across teams and features.
Strong advocacy and influencing abilities, with the capability to navigate discussions and decisions with multiple stakeholders.
Problem-solving mindset with a passion for technology and continuous learning.
Ability to learn new domains quickly and deliver impactful results.
