Role Overview We are looking for a skilled and passionate SDE-2 Frontend Engineer to join our team and drive the development of cutting-edge, user-friendly interfaces for our healthcare AI products. As a key contributor, you will build scalable, performant, and visually stunning frontend systems that elevate the user experience and enhance engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Frontend Development: Design, develop, and optimize high-quality, responsive user interfaces for web applications using modern frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular.
Collaboration: Work closely with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and product managers to translate requirements into seamless user experiences.
Code Quality: Write clean, reusable, and efficient code following best practices in frontend architecture and development.
Performance Optimization: Ensure applications are fast, lightweight, and scalable by leveraging performance profiling tools and techniques.
Testing & Debugging: Develop unit tests, end-to-end tests, and conduct debugging to maintain high code quality and reliability.
Design System: Contribute to and maintain the company’s design system and frontend component libraries.
Emerging Technologies: Stay updated with the latest in frontend technologies and frameworks, advocating for their adoption when beneficial.
Mentorship: Guide junior engineers, perform code reviews, and foster a collaborative engineering culture. Qualifications Must-Have
Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in frontend development, preferably in scalable web applications.
Languages & Frameworks: Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, or Vue.js (or similar modern frameworks).
Frontend Architecture: Solid understanding of state management (e.g., Redux, Context API, Vuex) and component-based development.
HTML/CSS Expertise: Deep knowledge of modern HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
Tooling: Proficiency with build tools like Webpack, Vite, or Parcel and version control systems like Git.
Problem-Solving: Strong debugging skills and experience optimizing applications for performance.
API Integration: Experience consuming RESTful APIs or GraphQL endpoints. Preferred
Healthcare/AI Experience: Background in building products for healthcare or AI platforms.
Testing Frameworks: Familiarity with testing tools like Jest, Cypress, or Playwright.
Micro-Frontend Architecture: Experience working with micro-frontend patterns in a distributed system.
Cloud Services: Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
CI/CD Pipelines: Experience in implementing CI/CD workflows for frontend development.
