We’re seeking a passionate and skilled Frontend Developer to join our founding team. This is an equity-based opportunity with significant long-term benefits as we scale, including the potential for financial success through an IPO or exit.

What You’ll Do:

Build and maintain the Bedwellin platform’s user interface using modern web technologies.
Ensure responsive design across mobile, tablet, and desktop devices.
Work closely with the backend developer to integrate APIs and deliver a smooth user experience.
Optimize web performance for speed and reliability.
Implement secure, accessible, and visually appealing designs.
Collaborate with designers to translate prototypes into functional interfaces.
Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in frontend development.
What We’re Looking For:

Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript.
Experience with frameworks like React.js (preferred), Vue.js, or Angular.
Knowledge of state management tools like Redux or Context API.
Expertise in responsive design frameworks such as Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or Material UI.
Experience integrating APIs (REST or GraphQL).
Familiarity with version control systems like Git/GitHub.
Ability to use design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills:

Knowledge of Progressive Web App (PWA) development.
Experience with SEO and web performance optimization.
Familiarity with testing tools like Jest, Cypress, or React Testing Library.
