About the Role
We are seeking a driven and visionary Technical Co-Founder with expertise in Full-Stack Software Engineering and AI/ML, who is passionate about creating innovative products in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. In this leadership role, you will be instrumental in architecting, building, and scaling Keyllee's platform, delivering transformative AI-powered solutions to health-conscious users and providers worldwide.

As a founding team member, you will collaborate closely with developers, designers, product managers, and researchers to redefine the health tech landscape, making wellness more personalized, accessible, and impactful.

In this role, you will:

• Lead the end-to-end development of Keyllee’s platform, including mobile applications, web interfaces, and backend systems, ensuring a seamless and consistent user experience across all devices.

• Develop and integrate AI-driven features, leveraging LLMs and generative AI to create personalized user experiences, conversational agents, and data-driven insights.

• Architect and build scalable, high-performance systems capable of managing dynamic data, user interactions, and real-time updates efficiently.

• Enhance platform usability and performance, optimizing both front-end interfaces and back-end infrastructure for speed, reliability, and accessibility.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and researchers, to transform ideas into impactful solutions.

• Shape Keyllee’s technology roadmap, contributing innovative ideas and technical solutions to achieve our mission of transforming health and wellness through cutting-edge technology.
  Minimum qualifications:

• 10+ years of relevant engineering experience in startups or tech-driven companies.

• Strong proficiency with JavaScript, React, and other modern web technologies.

• Experience with backend development using Python, Node.js, or similar languages.

• Familiarity with relational databases like Postgres or MySQL.

• Experience building scalable platforms with cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

• Successfully executed the full software development lifecycle (SDLC)—encompassing design, development, and deployment—repeatedly across diverse projects.

• Extensive expertise in AI/ML, including fine-tuning and integrating LLMs, developing conversational AI, personalizing user experiences, and leveraging data-driven insights.

• Experience with e-commerce, marketplaces, and social media.

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic startup environment with competing priorities.

Interview Process

• Introductory Call: Chat with a founder to discuss Keyllee’s mission, role expectations, and your fit.
• Live Technical Assignment: A live coding session with our Tech Lead to evaluate your problem-solving and technical skills.
• Offer: If it’s a match, we’ll extend an offer to join our team!

Compensation
While there is no salary initially, we will offer equity to share in the company’s success. Once the MVP is complete and we raise our next funding round, there will be a base salary and benefits package offered.
