About Kikila Kikila is a fast-growing startup driven by a passion for building a dynamic and inclusive workforce. We are seeking creative individuals to join our team as Graphic Designer Interns. This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience in creating compelling designs for digital and social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Design visually appealing and professional banners, posts, and graphics for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns. Ensure consistency in the visual identity and branding across all social media platforms. Optimize designs for engagement and shareability on different social media channels. Stay updated on the latest design trends and tools to create innovative visuals. Key Requirements
Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar software. Creativity and attention to detail with a strong design portfolio (even academic work or personal projects are welcome).
Basic understanding of social media trends and user engagement strategies. Reliable internet connection and a personal computer/laptop. Availability from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (India Time), Monday to Friday. Strong communication and time-management skills.
