Koddi is seeking an innovative and results-driven Solutions Architect to propel our global growth. In this pivotal role, you will lead pre-sales consulting efforts across our diverse product portfolio, diving deep to understand the unique needs of advertisers and publishers across multiple verticals. You will play a critical role in shaping Koddi's growth by identifying new features, products, and business opportunities while empowering our partners to maximize their potential.
What you will do
- Drive Solutions Architecting
- Partner closely with sales to optimize workflows, ensuring maximum team productivity.
- Collaborate on account-based strategies, using technical and marketplace expertise to craft proof-of-concept approaches.
- Act as a key liaison between sales and internal teams, including product and customer success.
- Deliver Impactful Demonstrations
- Showcase the value of our product ecosystem through compelling, value-based demonstrations.
- Conduct proof-of-concept initiatives to validate customer technical requirements.
- Partner with Customer Success to Onboard Clients
- Champion seamless transitions from closed deals to client services, ensuring clear plans for account growth and product support.
- Aggregate Market Knowledge and Influence Product
- Stay ahead of industry trends in a rapidly evolving landscape and use this knowledge to influence departmental roadmaps and strategies.
- Segment customers and tailor strategies to meet diverse needs effectively.
- Represent prospective customers in product discussions, ensuring Koddi leads in market innovation.
What skills and experience you bring
- 5+ years in marketing, adtech, SaaS, or related software fields.
- 5+ years of customer-facing experience in solutions consulting, sales engineering, marketing analytics, or technical implementation.
- Demonstrated success in software or digital advertising, with a solutions-oriented approach.
- Communication and Organization:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to deliver user oriented presentations.
- Highly organized and efficient in managing multiple priorities.
- Outstanding level of customer focus, with the ability to analyze root causes, develop practical solutions, and negotiate resolutions.
- A collaborative approach that inspires confidence while maintaining integrity.
