Lead Generation Specialist

Hi there! I am Lizzie, the owner of Virtual Value Services.

We are looking to hire a few Lead Generation Specialists for our team.

I am hiring multiple people for this position but you will not be working together.

What we are looking for is someone who is a self-starter who is good at research.

The main focus here will be to find potential clients for my company Virtual Value Services. You will not reach out to anyone on our behalf as we have a separate team for that. You are just finding the leads we will use.

I will provide you with a spreadsheet that you will put each lead's information into as well as a guidelines document to help you understand the types of people/businesses we are looking for. This list is a very basic guide that is for your benefit but feel free to stray away from it if you are finding better leads from other types of businesses. This role is not particular on what you need to search for. Feel free to use any platforms you prefer, just make sure to get my approval before posting anywhere using our name. Any materials you may need be sure to let me know so I can get them for you. We will have a review meeting once per month to see where you're at and what we can do differently as well as anything else you may find helpful.

This position is Commission-Based meaning you won't be paid anything until your leads turn into paying clients.

You will also receive a tracking sheet that will show you everyone I have reached out to from your leads as well as information on their response, stage in the onboarding process, and when you will be paid for each client as they sign on. This being said, not everyone you add to the leads list will sign on with our company. Those leads do not receive any pay, you are only paid for the ones that sign on.

There are three sign-on options for clients to choose from and these are the commissions you will receive for them.

These payments are per signed-on lead, meaning the more successful leads the more pay you will receive.

There is no maximum amount you can make at any given time. We want as many successful leads as possible!

Commission Pay Scale:

Trial Period: $10

Weekly: $25 when signed on + $10 per month for the entire length of the term

Package Deal: $50 when signed on + $25 per month for the entire length of the term

Retainer: $200 when signed on + $100 every time their term ends and is renewed.

Trial Period is an option of a 1-week try-out to see how we work together and if they will sign on.

Weekly Basis is an option that allows hourly work to be done and has an open-ended term length/client pay.

A package deal is where the client has picked a monthly package and has an open-ended term length.

A retainer is when the client has decided on a set price point for any work they may need to be done through a specific date. This is paid upfront at sign-on and has a minimum term of 3 months.

There are no Minimums for successful leads meaning if you only get one successful lead per month that is okay, although for your funds you may want to strive for more. The more that are successful leads, the more pay you will have. The only minimum we have for this position is that you are finding at least 10 leads per week as we need someone who can consistently provide new potential clients.

We do have opportunities to move you to or add on to your work with other types of Virtual Assistance as well. If you are interested in also doing other kinds of work be sure to let me know what your niche and skillset is. If we can use your skills elsewhere I will give you a separate offer when the time comes.

Either way, you would be signing onto my company meaning we will be sending you a W-9 form to fill out to receive your 1099 at the end of the year. You can work with other people outside of my company and the leads you have generated for it. Just be sure to get your work done if you are.
