Arrow North Design is seeking a talented UI/UX Designer. We specialize in creating fully customized apps, dashboards, and HMIs, employing internal tools and processes to deliver efficient results. While we operate at a fast pace, our priority is on harnessing creativity and innovative ideas to enhance client solutions. By utilizing intelligent tools and templated systems, we streamline the design process, enabling our team to focus more on creative concepts rather than getting bogged down in every detail of the design phase.

Basic Qualifications
As a UI/ UX Designer, your primary goal is to design creative concepts using our tools and data-drive UX processing for a streamlined client outcomes.

Job Description:
Create UX journey maps using templated tools.
Seek data-drive results with client deliverables.
Create UI wireframes using templated tools.
Design and conceptualize creative & unique UI designs.
Optimize desktop designs for mobile and vice versa.
Implement client and direction design feedback.

Qualifications:
Strong understanding of user experience and interface best practices.
Great understanding of design trends and principles.
Knowledge of typography, color theory, and grids.
Considerable knowledge of branding and design systems.
Knowledge of modern UI design trends, specifically, the difference between responsive and adaptive layouts.
Fluent conversation and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage or direct self for consistent output and communication.
Open to creative direction and feedback.
Understanding or experience with tools like ClickUp and Slack.
Experience using Figma, FigJam, Figma Prototyping.

Nice to have:
Experience working directly with design teams to develop or build products.
Experience with UX research and/ or user interview processing.
Experience working and collaborating with developers to build applications.
Experience with the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite.
Familiarity with self-management, self-initiative, and organization of tasks.
Willingness to learn and grow as a creative.
Knowledge of AI and other AI-based tools.
