Responsibilities
As a Scrum Master/RTE, you will lead multiple agile teams that focus on accounting-related projects, ensure the smooth delivery of work by facilitating agile practices, foster collaboration between different departments, facilitate solutions, identify risks or blockers, and prioritize backlog items to stay efficient, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality work.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years as a seasoned Scrum Master/RTE (Release Train Engineer) - experience in accounting or finance projects is a plus.
- Agile Expertise: Deep understanding of Agile principles and practices.
- Tools Proficiency: Expertise in Jira and other Agile project management tools.
- Mindset: Action-oriented, with a problem-solving approach to team success.
- Leadership: Strong ability to manage multiple teams and stakeholders efficiently.
