Tech Lead

Responsibilities:
• Technical Leadership:
o Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to the engineering team.
o Define and enforce best practices for software development, including coding standards, design patterns, and testing methodologies.
o Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the industry.
o Identify and adopt innovative technologies to improve product performance and scalability.

• Product Development:
o Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
o Architect and design scalable and maintainable software solutions.
o Review code, conduct code reviews, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
o Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

• Team Management:
o Recruit, hire, and onboard talented engineers.
o Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
o Set clear expectations, provide regular feedback, and recognize and reward team members.
o Manage team performance and productivity.

• Project Management:
o Plan, prioritize, and execute projects effectively.
o Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
o Identify and mitigate risks.
o Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders.

Requirements:
• 6-7 years of experience of overall experience, preferably from start-ups.
• Immediate joiner.
• Hands-on experience in DevOps – AWS, Azure and GCP
• Experience in implementing AI frameworks and large language models
• Strong proficiency in programming languages & frameworks e.g., Python, Angular, Django, MySQL, etc.
• Solid understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Jira)
• Proven experience in leading and mentoring engineering teams
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
