As an early-stage company, we’re looking for a passionate Founding Engineer to join our journey and play a pivotal role in shaping our platform.

What You’ll Be Working On

1. Build and scale our platform, working on both backend and frontend development.
2. Create and maintain robust APIs and microservices using Spring Boot (Java) for the backend.
3. Design and develop intuitive and responsive user interfaces using Next.js.
4. Integrate AI-powered automation features for bookkeeping and financial reporting.
5. Collaborate with the founder to define the product roadmap, experiment with ideas, and implement features from scratch.
6. Ensure the platform is scalable, secure, and high-performing as we grow.

What We’re Looking For

1. 3-4 years of hands-on experience in Spring Boot (Java) and Next.js.
2. Strong understanding of full-stack development and microservices architecture.
3. Experience with AI/ML integration or projects involving AI-powered solutions.
4. A startup mindset: someone who’s ready to take ownership, thrive in ambiguity, and wear multiple hats.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for creating impactful products.
6. Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.
