MERN Stack Software Engineer

We are seeking a motivated and talented MERN Stack Software Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in web development, a passion for learning, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As a MERN Stack Software Engineer, you will contribute to designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable web applications.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, test, and deploy responsive web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and product managers, to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.

Debug and resolve technical issues and improve system performance.

Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality standards.

Stay updated on emerging web technologies and frameworks to contribute to innovation within the company.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).

0-2 years of experience in web development (freshers with relevant projects or internships are welcome).

Proficiency in JavaScript and experience with the MERN stack.

Familiarity with RESTful APIs and JSON.

Understanding of front-end development, including HTML, CSS, and responsive design.

Basic knowledge of version control systems, preferably Git.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)

Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.

Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
