About the Role
Responsibilities
Be a founding member of our growing team! Help to shape the future success and direction of the company.
Build, maintain, and scale infrastructure capable of processing high volumes of real-time AI interviews, ensuring high accuracy and performance.
Develop and maintain backend integrations with HR flows to provide reliable, real-time data support for AI outputs.
Experiment with and evaluate the latest AI models and tools to improve functionality, increase response rates, and drive innovation for both product and client success.
Collaborate with clients to identify requirements, ensuring that Faang AI agents are solving their pain points and streamlining their recruitment workflows.
Take ownership of substantial parts of the product and engineering tasks, embodying a strong sense of accountability to drive meaningful outcomes.
Collaborate directly with founders to shape technical vision and contribute to a high-impact, supportive team culture.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
Proven experience in developing and deploying AI models, particularly Large Language Models.
Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, Hugging Face, transformers, TRL, alignment-handbook, MergeKit, sagemaker, eval-harness, mlflow.
Experience with data preprocessing, model training, hyperparameter tuning, and performance optimization.
Understanding of deep learning architectures, including transformers and attention mechanisms.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS) and experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience with natural language processing (NLP) techniques and applications.
Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment of AI models.
Prior experience in a Product-focused role, working closely with Product Managers and other stakeholders.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Familiarity with front-end and back-end technologies like React, Typescript, Go
