At Holistic Childhood, we are on a mission to transform children’s health by empowering families with tools to track and improve their well-being. From addressing eczema, asthma, and obesity to ADHD and autism, our platform helps parents navigate the process of holistic healing for their children’s health challenges.
We’re early in our journey, with a live product helping families today, and now we’re looking for a marketing leader to scale our efforts, connect with new audiences, and bring our vision to life. What You’ll Do
Develop and Execute Marketing Strategy
- Build and implement a marketing plan that drives awareness, app downloads, and user engagement, focusing on parents seeking solutions to their children’s health challenges.
Content Creation
- Create compelling content for social media, email campaigns, blogs, and more, ensuring messaging aligns with our mission and resonates with our target audience.
User Acquisition
- Plan and execute user acquisition campaigns across digital channels (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), optimizing for cost efficiency and conversions.
Community Building
- Foster an engaged community of parents by facilitating discussions, sharing valuable resources, and creating opportunities for connection.
Conduct User Research
- Partner with early adopters to gather insights, validate design decisions, and ensure the app meets the needs of real families.
Analytics and Optimization
- Track and analyze key performance metrics, identifying insights to improve campaign effectiveness and overall marketing ROI.
*Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams
- Work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to ensure a cohesive user experience from discovery to onboarding and beyond.
Establish Brand Identity
- Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity that reflects our mission and values.
Ideal Candidate
Marketing Expertise
- Proven experience developing and executing successful marketing strategies for apps, with a focus on user acquisition and retention.
Strong Digital Marketing Skills
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and email marketing tools.
Content Marketing Proficiency
- A knack for creating engaging, mission-driven content that resonates with target audiences.
Analytical Mindset
- Experience using data to drive decisions, with a solid understanding of marketing analytics tools like Google Analytics.
Passion for Our Mission
- A deep interest in improving children’s health and creating meaningful solutions for families.
Strong Communication Skills
- Ability to convey complex ideas simply and compellingly, both in written content and verbal communication.
Team Player
