Machine Learning Researcher

We're looking for an ML researcher to develop, experiment on and improve our custom loss functions and model architectures and work alongside our ML and infra engineers to productionize these innovations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of advanced machine learning models, with a specific focus on model distillation techniques.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML technologies into our products and services.

• Research and apply the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, particularly in the areas of model efficiency and optimization.

• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the team's knowledge sharing and skill development.

• Work closely with the founding team to define the technical vision and strategy for our AI projects.

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of machine learning projects, from ideation and data collection to deployment and performance monitoring.

Qualifications:

• A Masterʼs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.

• Hands-on experience in machine learning, with a proven track record in model distillation and AI model optimization.

• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.

• Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP).

• Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable plans.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of guiding a team and collaborating with other departments.
