Co-Founder - Business Development

Odea is an early stage start-up building an immersive AI experience featuring real-time voice chat with animated 3D characters. We are looking for someone who can handle business development and will round out the founding team and bring the Odea platform to market.

Role Description

This person will play a critical role in shaping and driving the growth of this lean, early stage startup. This is a flexible role (part-time/full-time/contract/founder) and fully remote (Eastern time zone). The role offers primarily equity-based compensation and/or commission-based compensation. This role is meant to fill the gaps in the skill sets of the 2 co-founders.

Responsibilities

• Identify new market opportunities
• Build and manage strategic partnerships
• Hands-on with sales and marketing
• Analyze metrics to ensure business success
• Lead the company's fundraising strategy
