We are looking for a Chief Business Officer that will round out the founding team and bring the Odea platform to market.

Role Description

The Chief Business Officer will play a critical role in shaping and driving the growth of this lean, early stage startup. This is a flexible role (part-time/full-time/contract/founder) and fully remote (Eastern time zone). The role offers primarily equity-based compensation and/or commission-based compensation. This role is meant to fill the gaps in the skill sets of the co-founders.

Responsibilities

• Identify new market opportunities
• Build and manage strategic partnerships
• Hands-on with sales and marketing
• Analyze metrics to ensure business success
• Lead the company's fundraising strategy
