About the Job
As a Business Development Sales & Marketing Executive, you'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to resonate with our target audience and align with TechUp Labs’ business goals.

Key Responsibilities
--Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and meet company objectives.
--Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, partnerships, and market research.
--Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders in target organizations.
--Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create compelling content and campaigns that communicate our product’s unique value propositions.
--Present and demonstrate our products to potential clients, showcasing benefits and key differentiators.
--Manage the entire sales process from lead generation through contract negotiation and closure.
--Analyze and report on sales and marketing performance, providing regular updates and insights to senior management.
--Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and market conditions to adjust strategies effectively.
--Represent TechUp Labs at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand awareness and expand our network.
--Drive continuous improvement in business development, sales, and marketing processes to maximize efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications
--Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the SaaS or tech industry, with a strong record of achieving revenue targets.
--Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders.
--Strong ability to assess customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
--Ability to work independently and in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
--Strong negotiation and closing skills.
--Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Qualifications
--Experience in a technology startup or SaaS environment.
--Familiarity with CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and sales analytics platforms.
--Proficiency with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
--Ability to develop and manage strategic partner relationships effectively.
