About the Role We are looking for an experienced and motivated Community Manager to lead our B2B and candidate engagement efforts. You`ll play a key role in positioning us as a thought leader in AI-driven recruitment and driving the growth of a vibrant candidate community. You will build, nurture, and expand our digital communities by creating meaningful content, engaging with industry leaders, and growing our audience on LinkedIn and Instagram.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Thought Leadership
- Develop high-quality white papers, case studies, articles, and blogs to establish SproutsAI as a credible thought leader in AI recruitment.
- Publish a minimum of two engaging, research-backed blogs per month aimed at building industry credibility.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify relevant topics and coordinate with industry experts for insights and interviews
Webinar Management
- Plan and host 2 webinars per month with industry leaders and experts on topics related to recruitment, AI, and workforce trends.
- Coordinate end-to-end webinar logistics, including speaker outreach, topic curation, promotion, and post-event content creation.
- Engage with participants during webinars to foster a community of active professionals and drive discussions around recruitment best practices.
Social Media Strategy & Execution
- Conceptualize and execute engaging social media content, focusing on LinkedIn and Instagram, to attract and retain followers and position SproutsAI as an industry thought leader.
- Monitor key social media metrics (impressions, engagement rates, follower growth) to identify trends and continuously optimize content and strategies.
- Regularly engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and creating interactive content like polls, Q&As, and stories.
Community Building for Candidate Engagement
- Once our candidate login is live, spearhead content and outreach efforts to attract fresh graduates and job seekers to our platform.
- Develop engaging content and resources tailored to candidates, such as job application tips, resume guides, and career development insights.
- Collaborate with universities, online communities, and LinkedIn groups to drive awareness of our platform among potential candidates.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Analyze and report on the performance of content and community activities, including blog views, white paper downloads, webinar attendance, and social media engagement.
- Present actionable insights and optimization recommendations based on data trends to continually improve community engagement.
Requirements
Experience
3-5 years of experience in community management, content creation, or social media management, ideally in B2B SaaS, HR tech, recruitment, or related industries.
Content Expertise
Proven track record of creating high-quality, credible content (e.g., white papers, blogs, case studies) that drives engagement and establishes thought leadership.
Webinar & Event Management
Experience organizing webinars, virtual events, or live discussions, with strong project management skills to handle logistics and promotion.
Social Media Skills
Deep familiarity with LinkedIn and Instagram; experience in managing brand pages, creating engaging content, and optimizing based on analytics.
Analytical Mindset
Ability to interpret social media metrics and engagement data to adjust strategies and drive continuous improvement.
Audience-Centric
Strong understanding of B2B audiences and,or candidates, with a passion for fostering connections and adding value to their professional growth.
Nice to Have
- Background or interest in AI, recruitment technology, or HR trends.
- Experience collaborating with universities or building a candidate network.
- Familiarity with SEO principles, social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), and webinar platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams).
