The Role We're seeking a Retention Marketing Manager to learn from active users, refine retention processes, and create exceptional experiences that keep our users successful.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather User Insights: Conduct interviews and surveys to collect actionable feedback on user behavior and preferences
- Drive Retention Strategy: Design and implement data-driven strategies to increase user retention and lifetime value
- Analyze Metrics: Monitor retention health, identify drop-off points, and understand user return patterns
- Lead Reporting: Provide strategic updates on retention metrics and campaign performance to key stakeholders
- Build Community: Manage and grow online communities to foster engagement and facilitate success story sharing
- Create Content: Develop compelling case studies, user interviews, and video content highlighting customer wins

- Proven track record in community management and engagement
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with SaaS or platform-based user retention
- Background in fundraising campaigns or nonprofit sector
- Track record of creating scalable content for diverse audiences
