About the job
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
- Coordinate onboarding processes to ensure a smooth integration for new employees.
- Serve as the point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Foster a positive working environment through conflict resolution and employee engagement initiatives.
- Assist in the development and implementation of performance review processes.
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance improvement plans.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
- Coordinate and support employee training programs.
- Identify opportunities for professional development and career growth.
- Prepare HR reports and analyze data to inform strategic HR decisions.
- Monitor HR metrics and ensure effective implementation of HR policies.
