Key Responsibilities
• Purchase Order Management: Approve and oversee purchase orders, ensuring
compliance with financial policies and organizational requirements.
• Inventory Planning: Develop and execute inventory planning strategies to
maintain optimal stock levels and support business operations.
• Policy Development: Create and implement financial policies and procedures to
enhance operational efficiency and ensure robust financial controls.
• Stock Audits: Conduct regular stock audits to ensure accuracy, minimize
discrepancies, and maintain accountability.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the development, monitoring, and
management of budgets and financial forecasts to support decision-making.
• Inventory Analysis: Analyze inventory levels to identify trends, inefficiencies, and
opportunities for improvement.
• Optimization Recommendations: Provide data-driven recommendations for
inventory optimization to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related
field. Advanced degrees such as MBA or CA are a strong plus.
• Professional Experience: A minimum of 4 years of experience in financial roles
with increasing levels of responsibility.
• Analytical Expertise: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven
ability to analyze and interpret complex financial data.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to
effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail, with a strong focus on accuracy and
precision in financial tasks
