About the Role

Come-Hither is seeking its first hire, a visionary leader to join our founding team as a key partner in building the future of modern relationships. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the direction of our brand and community, laying the foundation for long-term success. As a founding team member, you will take on the critical responsibility of driving all aspects of marketing, branding, and growth strategy, while serving as the voice and public face of Come-Hither.

This is more than a job—it’s a cofounder-level opportunity to help define and execute the vision of a platform dedicated to fostering meaningful connections. While the role does not offer monetary compensation initially, we are committed to providing a significant equity stake of 1-10%, reflecting the importance of your contributions to the company’s success.

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Strategy and Content Creation
  Develop, manage, and execute a compelling social media strategy across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others to drive engagement, grow followers, and amplify Come-Hither’s brand presence. Create and oversee captivating, on-brand content tailored to resonate with our target audience.

• Advertising and Campaign Management
  Design, launch, and optimize paid social media campaigns to increase visibility and attract new users. Monitor performance metrics to ensure a high return on ad spend while maintaining alignment with overall brand objectives.

• Partnership Development and Promotion Execution
  Build and nurture relationships with gyms, bars, lounges, and other social venues to develop partnerships that promote Come-Hither.

• Brand Advocacy and Representation
  Act as the primary spokesperson for the brand, representing Come-Hither at events, in public relations efforts, and across partnerships to enhance visibility and foster trust in the community.

• Community Growth and Engagement
  Engage with users, potential customers, and brand ambassadors to cultivate a supportive, active, and thriving community that aligns with Come-Hither’s mission and values.

• Analytics and Reporting
  Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, social media engagement, and promotional efforts to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.

Job Compensation Range

At this stage, we are a pre-funded startup and do not currently offer a salary for this role. However, as a founding team member, you will receive an equity stake in the company, ranging from 1-10%, depending on experience and the value you bring to the team.

We are fully committed to securing funding, and once we raise capital, a competitive salary will be established for this role. This equity-first structure reflects the importance of this position in shaping the future of Come-Hither and the shared vision we are building together.
