EdgeTier is looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Coordinator/Sourcer to join our dynamic team for a 6-month Fixed-Term Contract based in our Dublin office.
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in EdgeTier’s growth by sourcing exceptional candidates, managing recruitment processes, and ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your recruitment expertise in a supportive, fast-paced, and collaborative environment.

What We’re Looking For
Required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience in sourcing candidates for technical and non-technical roles.
Good understanding of recruitment processes and tools. Ashby experience is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
A proactive mindset with excellent attention to detail.
Nice-to-Have
Exposure to recruitment in a startup environment.
Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, or social media for talent sourcing.
