What We're Looking For
We're looking for a motivated self-starter who can work in a fast-paced environment to support the strategic partnerships management team. You will hit the ground running helping the team drive key relationships. You will be asked to wear many hats. You will need to learn our business and ecosystems as well as our partners. Your technical and analytical, decision-making and interactive skills will be put to task; you will need to handle vague and nuanced situations. You will be part of the front line to our Fintech/Card/BaaS business.
Responsibilities:
- Be part of the frontline for our Cards/BaaS partners
- Review and resolve high level inquiries
- Route and engage designated stakeholders on more complex inquiries/requests
- Manage the relationship management knowledge base – helping maintain documentation regarding various projects, processes and operations up to date
- Manage the CRM system and keep client data up to date
- Deliver quarterly business review reports (QBR)
- Generate and deliver reports from data analysis and discover insights and opportunities
- Support regulatory activities to ensure ongoing compliance
- Advocate for our clients within the firm; liaise with other departments to resolve issues, implement changes, and integrate technology.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of customer service or customer relationship management
- Business administration experience or business focused degree
- Strong analytical experience/skills
- Tech savvy and able to demonstrate adaptability to different types of systems
- Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Ability to multitask without getting overwhelmed.
- Extreme resourcefulness and excellent communication skills
- A learner’s mindset and the ability to pick up new information quickly.
- A genuine excitement for solving client’s problems.
- Excellent video/phone manner and presentation skills and able to productively facilitate meetings.
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of the commerce, payments and/or banking industry, including network schemes, technologies, leading players, emerging trends, and regulatory nuance.
- A broad understanding of the fintech space.
