The Opportunity:
As our CTO/Tech Co-Founder, you'll be the driving force behind our technological vision, working closely with our CEO, CPO, and key team members. You'll have the chance to build and shape our entire tech stack from the ground up, making critical decisions that will define our product and company trajectory.

🛠️ What You'll Do:
• Architect and develop our full-stack application, from frontend to backend
• Lead the integration of AI and ML technologies into our platform
• Design and implement cloud-based solutions for scalability and performance
• Establish best practices for code quality, security, and data management
• Drive technical innovation and experimentation to stay ahead of the curve
• Collaborate with the founding team to align technology with business goals
• Build and lead a high-performing engineering team

🌟 Ideal Qualifications:
• 8 years of full-stack development experience, preferably in marketing tech
• Strong background in AI/ML technologies and predictive analytics
• Expertise in cloud services (AWS/GCP) and DevOps practices
• Experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases
• Proven track record of building and scaling tech products
• Strong leadership skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for solving challenging problems
