Generative AI is completely transforming the higher education industry and Course Hero is looking for an energetic and scrappy Venture Product Lead to lead our product innovations team to launch venture bets powered by GenAI.
In this position, you will collaborate with a team of entrepreneurial engineers and a designer to bring new GenAI-powered products to life, starting with our first big bet, Exam Prep. We are looking for a candidate who can build a strong understanding of our student customers and can translate that understanding into a product that helps them prepare to ace their exams quickly and easily. - Deliver on this vision by setting your team's goals, success metrics, and roadmap.

Are you our Venture Product Lead?
- Passion for helping all students graduate confident and prepared
- Have launched or founded your own business and built a product that delighted customers
- You can get your hands dirty in designing, user research, competitive intelligence or data analysis
- Skilled in using analytics platforms like Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar tools and SQL to drive data-informed decision-making
- Proven ability to make things happen around you. You manage project ambiguity, complexity, and interdependencies in an organized and structured way. Be able to define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products
- Experience leading post-launch optimizations, including developing testing strategies
- Detail-oriented with superior organizational skills -- balancing multiple projects, deadlines, and requests should be second nature to you
- High bias for action, with a strong sense of urgency and work ethic; thrives in fast-paced environments

The base pay for this position is dependent on multiple factors, including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed below.
