Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager with expertise in Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate will be a Google Certified professional with a proven track record of creating, optimizing, and managing successful PPC campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media channels. You will be responsible for driving paid traffic, improving conversion rates, and maximizing ROI on paid campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
PPC Campaign Management:
Develop, implement, and manage paid search and display campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
Create high-performing campaigns across various channels (Search, Display, Remarketing, YouTube, etc.).
Perform keyword research, ad copy creation, bid management, and landing page optimization.
Strategy and Analysis:
Develop and execute PPC strategies that align with business goals, target audience, and budget.
Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Ads reports, and other analytics tools.
Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign settings to improve performance.
Provide insights, reports, and recommendations on campaign performance and optimization opportunities.
Budget & ROI Management:
Manage PPC budgets effectively to maximize ROI while adhering to the allocated budget.
Monitor and adjust bids, keywords, and ads to optimize cost per acquisition (CPA) and cost per click (CPC).
Google Ads and Analytics Expertise:
Stay up to date with the latest trends and updates in Google Ads and other PPC platforms.
Leverage Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications to manage and optimize campaigns effectively.
Collaboration & Communication:
Work closely with the SEO, content, and social media teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies.
Collaborate with designers and developers to create landing pages and ad creatives that drive conversions.
Present campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):
Continuously optimize campaigns and landing pages for higher conversion rates.
Implement tracking tools and use data-driven insights to suggest and implement site improvements.
Client and Vendor Relationship Management (if applicable):
Maintain strong relationships with clients and third-party vendors to ensure smooth campaign execution.
Provide clients with regular updates, reports, and performance analysis on PPC campaigns.
Skills & Qualifications:
Google Ads Certification (required).
At least 3-5 years of experience in managing PPC campaigns, especially Google Ads and other major paid advertising platforms.
Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Microsoft Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other PPC tools.
Strong understanding of keyword research, bid strategies, ad copywriting, and landing page optimization.
Experience with conversion tracking and A/B testing.
Solid analytical skills and experience with data interpretation, reporting, and using insights to drive decisions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Optimize, and other marketing automation platforms.
Familiarity with remarketing strategies and video ads (e.g., YouTube).
Experience in eCommerce PPC or lead generation.
Experience in managing PPC for multiple markets or languages is a plus.
