Your Role in Our Movement

As a Finance Executive, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our financial operations are accurate, transparent, and aligned with our mission. Your work will directly support the impact we create in communities across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable: Process payments, monitor aging reports, follow up on outstanding amounts, and resolve discrepancies with care and efficiency.
  
• Bank Reconciliation: Ensure recorded transactions align with actual financial data by reconciling bank statements.
  
• Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly financial statements, including income statements and balance sheets, to support decision-making.
  
• Payroll Management: Process monthly payroll promptly and accurately for our team.
  
• Document Management: Maintain and organize financial documents, ensuring secure and easy access.
  
• Stakeholder Communication: Respond to financial-related inquiries, offering insights and assistance to both internal and external stakeholders.
  
• Ad-Hoc Tasks: Take on additional administrative and financial tasks that support the team’s objectives.
  

Who You Are

We’re looking for someone who’s not just skilled in numbers but passionate about making an impact. Here’s what we’re looking for:

• Qualifications & Experience:

  • Diploma or professional qualification in Accounting or Finance.
    
  • Proven experience in a similar role, such as Finance Executive or Accountant.
    

• Skills:

  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
    
  • Proficiency in XERO and MS Office (especially Excel).
    
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and reports.
    
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
    

• Character:

  • Trustworthy and capable of handling sensitive financial information with integrity.
    
  • A growth mindset and readiness to adapt to challenges.
    
  • A proactive approach, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
