Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our software development team. The Sales Executive will play a crucial role in identifying potential clients, presenting our website and mobile app development services, and closing sales deals. The ideal candidate should be tech-savvy, have a deep understanding of web and mobile technologies, and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1- Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Identify and research potential clients and leads within the target market.
Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email marketing, and networking.
2- Client Engagement:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Understand client needs and tailor our website and mobile app development offerings to meet those needs
Technical Presentations:
Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations of our website and mobile app development capabilities.
Clearly communicate the technical aspects and benefits of our services.
3- Sales Quotas:
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas for website and mobile app development projects.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
4- Negotiation and Closing:
Negotiate project scopes, terms, and conditions with clients to close sales deals.
Prepare and review contracts and statements of work.
5- Sales Reporting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions using our CRM system.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
6- Market Research:
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities in web and mobile development.
Provide feedback to the marketing and development teams to refine our offerings.
7- Customer Service:
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing client inquiries and concerns throughout the development process.
Serve as a point of contact for post-sales support.
8-Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with the sales team, project managers, and development teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Share insights and best practices with colleagues.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the software development industry.
Strong technical acumen and familiarity with web and mobile technologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
Results-oriented with a passion for achieving targets.
Compensation:
This position is commission-based with a competitive commission structure.
Sales Executives will earn a commission of 25% on each closed deal.
