About the Role
In this client-facing role, you’ll collaborate with stakeholders to design scalable, reliable, and cost-effective solutions tailored to client requirements. You’ll serve as the technical bridge between our internal teams and clients, ensuring smooth delivery and alignment with business needs.

What You’ll Do
🔹 Act as the primary technical contact to understand client requirements and challenges.
🔹 Collaborate with Tech leadership to architect and design innovative solutions.
🔹 Customize product features to meet client-specific requirements while maintaining product integrity.
🔹 Translate client requirements into actionable tasks for the technical team.
🔹 Oversee project timelines and ensure smooth delivery within scope.
🔹 Provide timely resolutions for technical challenges, guiding teams as needed.
🔹 Offer strategic advice on best practices, system optimization, and product customization.

What We’re Looking For
✅ Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
✅ Experience:

7+ years as a developer with 3+ years in a technical leadership role, ideally in US/UK client-facing capacities.
Hands-on expertise in front-end frameworks (React.js), back-end technologies (Node.js), DevOps, and AWS.
✅ Key Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholders.
Proven ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Solid problem-solving and project management skills.
✅ Soft Skills: Collaborative mindset, adaptability to changing priorities, and a keen interest in staying updated on emerging tech trends.
