Urgent Requirement
Position: WordPress Developer
Location: Durgapur
Salary: 20,000 - 25,000 per month
Qualifications: Graduate / Diploma
Experience: 1-3 years
Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop websites using the WordPress creation tool
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and translate project requirements into effective WordPress-based solutions.
Develop and maintain WordPress themes, plugins, and custom functionalities to meet project specifications and business objectives.
Perform code reviews, identify and fix bugs, and optimize website performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to WordPress and PHP.
Work closely with web designers and front-end developers to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality.
Ensure website responsiveness and compatibility across various devices and browsers.
Optimize websites for speed, performance, and search engine optimization (SEO)
Implement security measures to safeguard websites from potential vulnerabilities.
Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in WordPress development and PHP programming. Requirements:
Preferred 1 - 2 years of experience as a WordPress Developer (freshers can apply).
Must have a strong background in PHP programming.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL.
Solid understanding of the WordPress core, themes, plugins, and the ability to customize them as needed.
Experience with popular page builders and advanced custom fields.
Familiarity with responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
Strong understanding of website performance optimization techniques.
Knowledge of website security best practices and ability to implement necessary security measures.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
