Facility Specialist (fixed- term contract)

THE ROLE

NGG is looking for a Facility Specialist to join our Store Planning department. You will support the Facility Manager in driving all ordinary and extra-ordinary maintenance activities of the stores, performing the role in agreement with the guidelines set by the HQ in order to meet Company deadlines and objectives.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Coordinate ordinary and extra-ordinary maintenance activities for the group stores.
• Periodic site inspections to ensure the highest standard aspects and to check execution of planned and extraordinary maintenance activities
• Guarantee project schedule and coordinates contractors, suppliers and local architects in order to supervise the progress of work and to meet Company deadlines
• Support in Budget estimation and cost control for ordinary and extraordinary activities (order request management, collaboration with accounting department for payment related issues etc..)
• Manage new projects and openings, interfacing with internal teams and external consultants
• Check the adequacy of sites with regard to health and safety in coordination with RSPP/HSE

WHO YOU ARE

• Degree in Architecture or Engineering is mandatory
• 2/3 years experience in a similar position preferably in a luxury fashion brand
• Good communication skills with the ability to build positive working relationships with cross-functional teams
• Excellent organizational and time management, aptitude for problem solving and flexibility are required.
• Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English
