Responsibilities
- Responsible for ensuring the compensation & benefit packages according to government regulations (BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS Kesehatan, Asuransi, etc)
- Responsible for designing compensation & benefit packages that are fair, equitable, competitive & in line with the company's business strategy and objectives by conducting in-depth analysis
- Responsible for designing and managing monthly budgets for employee activities such as event costs, incentives, and salary budgets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in related major
- Experiences min. 5 years as Compensation & Benefit or Rewards positions in any related industry
- Has proven track record in manage Employee Benefit, inc BPJS, Insurance for 10.000 employee
- Strong in communication & Interpersonal skill
- Proven in leadership more than 3 years
- Attention detail, strong in data and analytic, advanced level in Excel or sheet
- Capable in Budgeting, Compensation management, Data & Statistical Analytical
- Understanding in Job Evaluation, Job Banding, Salary Survey (Mercer)
