Position Overview
As a Content Creator Volunteer, you’ll play a vital role in building our online presence and helping our audience stay informed about Canadian immigration. Using your creative talents, you will design visually appealing posts, edit reels, and publish real-time content on Instagram to keep our community engaged.

Responsibilities
• Content Creation:
o Design visually appealing posts, infographics, and carousels using Canva or similar platforms, focusing on Canadian immigration themes.
o Edit and produce engaging short-form videos and reels that highlight immigration updates, client stories, and helpful tips.
• Research & Proactivity:
o Stay updated on Canadian immigration trends and policies, conducting self-research to create accurate and informative content.
o Take a proactive approach in brainstorming and developing engaging content ideas aligned with the audience’s interests.
• Client Stories & Brand Building:
o Collect and feature client testimonials to showcase success stories and build trust.
o Enhance brand visibility by creating content that resonates with the audience and encourages interaction.
• Real-Time Posting:
o Publish posts and stories to Instagram promptly, especially for time-sensitive updates and announcements.
• Collaboration & Engagement:
o Work with the team to ensure content aligns with the brand voice and goals.
o Participate in virtual meetings to discuss strategies and content improvements.
o Utilize trending hashtags and formats to maximize audience reach and engagement.

Qualifications
• Must currently reside in Canada.

• Passionate about Canadian immigration and helping others succeed in their journey.

• Proficient in using Canva or similar design tools.

• Experience with creating and editing Instagram reels and short-form video content.

• Strong understanding of Instagram trends, algorithms, and audience engagement strategies.

• Creative, detail-oriented, and organized.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Flexible and responsive to posting content as needed.
