We're looking for a Founding Software Engineer to join our team. This is more than just a job—it's an opportunity to take ownership of a product from the ground up and shape the future of structural engineering.

Your Role:
As the Founding Software Engineer, you’ll be responsible for:

• Full Ownership of the Product: Lead the development of our AI platform, making key decisions on architecture, scalability, and technical direction.
• End-to-End Development: Design, build, and deploy features, taking them from concept to delivery.
• Collaborating Closely with the Founder: Work hand-in-hand with the CEO to translate vision into a scalable product that aligns with customer needs.
• Team Building: As we grow, help build and lead the engineering team, setting the foundation for a high-performance culture.
• Iterative Development: Build fast, test often, and iterate based on user feedback to ensure our product solves real-world problems.

What We’re Looking For:
Technical Expertise:

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Proficiency in Python, Ruby on Rails, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Experience with AI/ML integration or computational geometry is a huge plus. Startup Mentality:
