The Role:
The Base Interviewers help onboard new members and curate the Base members. This is a part-time role that can go full-time as needed. You must have incredible EQ and the ability to communicate well. This role is key to the success of the Base community.

Responsibilities
Monitor membership trends and improve outcomes for all types of members.
Help Base maintain our great record on diversity in all aspects.
Coordinate with other Base Interviewers to improve the onboarding process to Base.
Develop new interviewing techniques to help better match members.
Regularly engage with members to understand their needs, preferences, and feedback.
Collaborate with the Customer Success department to attract new members and retain existing ones.
Foster relationships with members & potential members to enhance the club's reputation and presence.
Be the frontline and ‘first contact’ of Base.

This part-time role is critical to Base. You will be the first impression for new members joining the Base community. We're looking for people who can commit 20 hours a week and join this growing membership team of 15+. If you have high empathy and world-class people skills we'd love to meet you.
