About The Right Team Member

  • You're not afraid to make a cold call or start a conversation with a new prospect. You consistently think outside the box, whether it's crafting an engaging pitch deck, writing a persuasive email proposal, or using creative tactics to grab attention!
  • As a key member of our Partnerships team, you'll drive Kenko's success by identifying and building relationships with potential fitness and wellness partners. You’ll pitch our platform, foster long-lasting connections with business owners, managers, and staff, all while keeping things creative and fun!

What will you do?

  • As a Territory Manager at Kenko, you'll play a key role in educating prospective customers on how Kenko can be their all-in-one solution to help grow their fitness businesses, allowing them to focus more on their clients. This is a sales position that combines both inbound and outbound lead generation, where you'll be responsible for booking meetings with potential customers for our Account Executives. Your performance will be measured by the qualified opportunities generated through your meetings and subsequent sales closures.
  • This role is perfect for someone driven by goals, passionate about empowering small businesses, and enjoys connecting with people. We need your enthusiasm and sales expertise to help us expand the Kenko brand within your designated territory.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and generate a list of prospective fitness studios to drive lead generation efforts for the sales team.
  • Engage with prospects through cold calls, emails, and in-person visits to their studios.
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations.
  • Consistently meet outbound prospecting objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Utilize Salesforce (CRM) to manage and track all sales activities.
  • Stay informed on the competitive landscape to position Kenko effectively in the market.

What you should have

  • 1+ years of experience in a sourcing or sales role (experience in a related field or industry is a plus).
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills, with the ability to sell and negotiate at all decision-making levels.
  • Previous experience selling in the SMB/Mid-Market sector is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and team-oriented environment.
  • Self-motivated, creative, and adaptable.
  • Basic technical proficiency with software.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot CRM is a plus.
