*The Role: *The role is designed to establish and maintain relationships with gaming studios, web3 gaming industry, AAA, and infrastructure partners who can help build the web3 gaming social network.
As a Business Development Manager, the candidate will focus on signing games on behalf of GAMP by closely collaborating with gaming studios and partners.
Leverage personal industry connections to engage and advise on web3 and Gaming to sign more games.
The candidate will also be interacting with other vendors and partners including payment providers, gaming guilds, DAOs etc.
Experience in Gaming, sports, NFTs, blockchain, digital collectibles, token economies and zeal to gain knowledge about the upcoming games and technologies.
Deep understanding and knowledge of business growth strategies, operational excellence, and market entry strategies.
Looking for a candidate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and expert in unlocking and winning the deals.
Willing to travel to represent GAMP at various events across the USA & Europe.
*Qualifications: *
4+ years of experience in Gaming and Blockchain industry along with Business Development/Partnerships/Sales role. At least 2 years in Web3 Marketing and/or BizDev, ideally with reputable projects in the web3 gaming space.
Good to have experience in BD, partnership, and strategy experience in AAA and Indie gaming and able to leverage their industry connections to grow business for GAMP.
Consistent work history: We’re looking for stability—no frequent job-hopping
Proven track record of establishing and leveraging high-level relationships and presenting creative solutions to generate growth.
Ready to build relationship via crypto Twitter with ambiguity and faced paced startup environment.
Pre-existing knowledge about NFTs, Gaming, and Blockchain.
