Our app is nearly launch-ready, with core e-commerce features in place and the main codebase finalized. We are now seeking a Lead Developer to take ownership of the platform, drive future development, and prepare it for a December 2024 launch. With a planned seed funding round expected to close by the end of 2024, this role offers the potential for significant growth and leadership opportunities.

Job Description
We are hiring a Lead Developer to oversee the technical development of our app, ensure smooth maintenance, and drive its evolution. This role focuses on front-end and back-end development with an emphasis on scalable, high-performance solutions. As the Lead Developer, you will take ownership of the existing codebase, guide future development, and mentor team members as we scale.

This is a leadership position, ideal for an experienced developer who thrives on responsibility, values innovation, and seeks an opportunity to directly influence the direction of a growing Web3 startup.

Responsibilities

• Technical Ownership: Take full ownership of the existing React, TypeScript, and Node.js codebase, ensuring stability and readiness for launch.
• Lead Development: Plan and execute the development roadmap, adding features and enhancements aligned with product goals.
• Mentor & Manage: Guide and mentor junior developers, building a strong and capable technical team post-launch.
• Collaborate: Work closely with the core team on product strategy, technical architecture, and roadmap planning.
• Optimize & Scale: Ensure the app is scalable, efficient, and ready for future growth, addressing performance and reliability.
• Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring smooth functionality and a seamless user experience.

Requirements
Proven Leadership: Experience as a Lead Developer or in a senior development role, managing codebases and mentoring team members.
Full-Stack Expertise: Strong skills in React, TypeScript, and Node.js, with a deep understanding of scalable application development.
Front-End Excellence: Expertise in building dynamic and responsive user interfaces with React and TypeScript.
Back-End Proficiency: Strong experience in Node.js for building robust APIs and services.
Strategic Mindset: Ability to plan and prioritize technical work to align with business goals.
Bonus Skills: Familiarity with Web3, blockchain concepts, or Telegram’s miniapp ecosystem is a plus but not mandatory.
