What We Do
The Identity Graphs team is responsible for building, maintaining and improving our cross-device graph. The graph allows our advertisers to reach more relevant audiences with less wasted ad-pend by expanding targeting segments to relevant devices and applying frequency capping at person and household levels.
Our Senior & Staff Machine Learning Engineers are end-to-end owners responsible for designing, building, and delivering machine learning algorithms powering our identity graph products. You will actively participate in all aspects of developing, deploying, and maintaining machine learning models that drive business value for our clients.
What You'll Do
- Machine Learning Operations: Design and deploy ML Ops tooling that allow our data scientists to build the best models possible. Build and test models yourself.
- Data Engineering: Work with petabyte-scale data challenges, large-scale distributed systems to collect, process, and prepare high-quality training data for machine learning models.
- Model Evaluation: Develop and implement systems to automatically and reliably evaluate the performance of machine learning models, ensuring they meet business requirements and client expectations.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to integrate machine learning models into our identity graph algorithm and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
- Mentorship & Leadership: Contribute to the growth and development of junior engineers through mentoring, technical leadership, or direct management, raising the bar for team members and driving innovation within our organization.
Who You Are
- You're a seasoned machine learning professional with a proven track record of delivering impactful projects.
- You're a confident data engineer who can handle large-scale data challenges and design robust, scalable pipelines.
- You're a skilled programmer with expertise in programming languages like Python, Scala, or Rust.
- You're product-focused and passionate about driving client delight and pushing industry innovation through evidence-based decision-making.
- You're an excellent communicator who can work effectively with cross-functional teams.
